Sundays we will be holding our fun fitness sessions for all juniors at the Grove Cricket Ground. While the pitch is out of action being relaid for next season we will be holding some fun fitness sessions for all our juniors. These will be fun games that will have some fitness aspects in them to keep the juniors active during the summer holidays. No sticks will be needed and juniors just need to be in training kit and bring a drink with them. Sessions will run as follows: U8s and U10s will be 1000-1100 U12s, U14s and U16s will be 1100-1200
