The Ladies 1s go into the England Hockey Ladies Cup first round on 28th October against local rivals Sittingbourne HC in “battle of the bourne”. Please get down to Borden Grammar School for a 1130 start to cheer the ladies on to victory.
Congratulations go out to the Ladies 1s who were victorious on Saturday 28th away at Sittingbourne HC in the England Hockey Ladies Cup. The game ended 1-1 at full time with Erin Foot scoring court’s equaliser with the game going to Penalty Flicks. Sharon Pryce turned in a MOM performance with two Flick saves ensuring Court won 4-3 after flicks with flicks converted by Gaby Ollerenshaw, Gaby Garton, Zoe Hoare and Catherine Green. ourt now move into the next round where they will take on Burnt Ash Ladies.
