The Game Management System (GMS) is run by England Hockey to manage all competitions across the country. All players are required to be registered to the system before playing in any league, cup or mixed fixture that is affiliated to England Hockey and/or managed by South East Hockey. The system is designed to track games played, discipline and goals ensuring that league tables and reporting are as accurate as possible through out the system.

They System can be accessed by the link above and all players 12 and over are required to be registered before the season starts. All under 18s will need to have an adult registered as a non player and then registered as a player in their own right.
